Technical Support Consultant (Philippines, night shifts)

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails

  • Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties

  • Perform comprehensive log analyses to ensure system efficiency

  • Work proficiently with databases and operating systems to optimize performance

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Microsoft components for enhanced technological integration

  • Gather required technical information to ensure the resolution of complex cases

  • Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction

  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)

  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role

  • Experience with IIS Database Manager

  • Knowledge of SQL, including query writing

  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems

  • Experience with log analyses

  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Will be a great plus:

  • Knowledge of networks and communication

  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud services

  • Degree in computer science or information technology
