What you will do:
Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
Perform comprehensive log analyses to ensure system efficiency
Work proficiently with databases and operating systems to optimize performance
Collaborate seamlessly with Microsoft components for enhanced technological integration
Gather required technical information to ensure the resolution of complex cases
Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
Experience with IIS Database Manager
Knowledge of SQL, including query writing
Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
Experience with log analyses
Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Will be a great plus:
Knowledge of networks and communication
Experience working with AWS or other cloud services
Degree in computer science or information technology
