Senior Payroll Accountant

What you will do

• Prepare and submit monthly payrolls for all Non-US international jurisdictions

• Communicate with all 3rd party payroll providers and accountants

• Serve as backup for US payrolls run from ADP workforce now

• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year end close in accordance with close schedule

• Maintain completeness and accuracy of the general ledger for all payroll related accounts on a monthly basis

• Assist in preparation of reports for various audits

• Partner with teams to resolve non-reconciling items

• Assist with, organize and support ad hoc projects

What you will bring with you

• Strong understanding of international and domestic payroll

• Fluent English is a requirement (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to clearly articulate and explain issues/company policy to individual at all levels

• 5+ years of payroll experience

• Experience in ADP payroll software and with NetSuite a plus
