
Product Marketing Analyst
Startpage is looking for a Senior Brand Analyst to join the team and focus on growing privacy tech products and the brand. The ideal person is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, passionate about growing brands, and experienced working with both marketing and product teams.

The role you will have
Proactively assess business KPIs, forecasts, and report trends to stakeholders
Build and maintain custom reports to make KPIs, insights, and alerts available to the company
Run exploratory analysis to uncover areas of opportunity and forecast opportunity upside, for both product and marketing initiatives
Analyze new user funnels and customer intent and communicate trends to marketers
Drive optimization, experiment-heavy, and data-first culture within the teamBreak down complex visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences and effectively communicate findings with a solutions-based approach
Independently lead projects, proactively communicate with stakeholders around deadlines and blockers, and collaborate with your team to improve data flows and tooling
Leverage big data tools like AWS and Snowflake to take full advantage of data capabilities, and share knowledge to improve how others interact with these technologies
What you can bring to the team
5+ years of analytical experience within a growing, startup environment
Ability to identify opportunities from data concerning consumer expectations, market trends, and product knowledge
Experience supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders in product management, marketing, and engineering orgs
Advanced understanding of SQL - writing complex queries and self-serving data for projects, working with large data sets, cleaning and preparing data for analysis
Expertise with big data technologies like AWS, Snowflake, Python, and/or R
Strong data visualization skills and ability to break down complex data sets for technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive stakeholder communication and the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with your team on bigger initiatives
Thorough understanding of big-data technologies and how they interact with each other
A feeling that the question is never fully answered, and an internal drive to continue digging into the data to do more and go further
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, etc.
Specific knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Excel, or PowerBI is a plus, as well as Python for data analysis and automation
