About the company:

Lernigo is a platform that connects students (middle school and high school) with selected tutors. We're an innovative and progressive scale-up with one mission: to make education accessible for everyone.

We make it easy for the student to find their own tutor. When the tutor and student find each other, we facilitate the student experience with tools, learning material, didactic guidance and more. And we do all this, while pricing fairly.

We launched in the Netherlands in 2020 (Bijles Aan Huis) and in Germany (Lernigo) in 2021. We just received funding which means take-off has started! But before we can really scale, we have a big focus: capturing the German market.

We're a team of 20 working remotely from all over Europe. What will you do?

You will help accelerate our growth in Germany by working with our Marketing team to leverage and optimise existing channels, while coming up with new ideas to try. At Lernigo, we make decisions based on data, and you will be expected to work in a similar fashion.

You will be fully supported by an existing Marketing team to help in the execution of chosen ideas, but definitely expect to get your hands dirty and be able to work within ad platforms and be willing to learn new skills where necessary.

What we expect from our Growth Marketeer

We are looking for an ambitious person with a positive, can-do attitude who has previous experience in scaling company growth. We are looking for someone who is confident in optimising campaigns across existing marketing channels, as well as launching new marketing channels and coming up with new ideas on how we can accelerate our growth. Someone who is able to work as part of a team, but also able to use own initiative and work independently when required.

Requirements for the role:

• Fluent in both German and English

• Relevant experience in the field

• Excellent analytical skills

• Proven experience in growth marketing
  
  Bonus skills & experience:

  • You can demonstrate rapid growth achieved in another similar company (Edtech or other)

  • You have creative skills (Adobe Photoshop, or other)

  • You have experience working with SCRUM
