About the role:

Teramind is seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager responsible for maximizing the efficiency, usability, and profitability of our core product offerings. You will own the product strategy and roadmaps for a workstream to expand our enterprise solutions. This role is driven by executing strategic priorities and ensuring a product vision is carried out through actions and measurable product discipline. You will use a “customer-centric” mindset to design roadmaps and products/platforms that meet current and future enterprise needs.

Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end management of products, from ideation to deployment, focusing on delivering exceptional value to customers
Develop and advocate the business case for product improvements and innovations
Articulate complex requirements into actionable plans with design and engineering teams
Facilitate both external and internal product related events
Foster strong collaborations with design, engineering, and data science teams to leverage insights and deliver solutions
Define KPIs for the platform to measure and track the success of your initiatives
Work closely with engineering leadership to understand the technical tradeoffs and how they will impact the client experience you are looking to deliver
Engage directly with B2B customers and end-users to gather feedback and drive product evolution
Communicate insights, concerns, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders, helping explain context and prioritization decisions

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in product management for enterprise solutions delivered in SaaS and on-premise
Great business acumen
Outstanding meeting and work session facilitation skills
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience and familiarity with UX concepts
Experience in product data analysis and converting that data to business strategy
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with experience engaging and influencing various levels of leadership
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
