Our projects include Keep (now Threshold) Network, a privacy protocol for public blockchains, Fold, for earning Bitcoin on your purchases in the physical and virtual worlds, Taho, a community owned and operated cryptocurrency wallet, and Embody, a fully encrypted period tracking app.
Investors in the company include Andreessen Horowitz, Polychain Capital, and Draper Associates, among others. We are a remote-first company, led by founders who have been operating in the cryptocurrency and web3 space since 2014.
About the Social Media Manager role
Thesis* is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to increase awareness, accelerate growth, and engagement across our portfolio companies (Mezo, tBTC, and Acre). The ideal candidate is detail-orientated, growth-focused and an innovative professional who consistently strives for excellence.
Your passion to educate others and act as a strategic partner as well as a executing function in a fast paced environment is a welcome challenge. You will lead our social media strategy for our suite of products, responsible for building, executing plans that align to our company and portfolio objectives.
You live and breathe crypto twitter and can write compelling yet expressive copy with a flair to attract and delight audiences. You are naturally intuitive and question why people think, act and behave the way they do towards certain content. You are deep into the tech and a strong advocate of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. You are happy to work with XFN teams to promote and provide support for partner marketing, ecosystem projects, announcements, product marketing, memes, and educational efforts.
What You’ll Do
Ideate, plan, create and deploy engaging content across multiple owned social platforms and manage the day-to-day execution of Thesis* and product owned channels, including X/Twitter and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute on a comprehensive social media strategy for Thesis* and portfolio products and enhance brand awareness, online presence and engagement of each brand.
Identify opportunities to increase our social presence and stand up and manage any new necessary channels to meet our audiences where they frequent.
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance and iterate on strategy.
Create processes and documentation so that social media team can be scaled when necessary.
Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify and curate product and ecosystem-related news with our content team to bring our brands and tone of voice to life.
Compose high-quality copy and visual content for each social media campaign.
Requirements
5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing large channels with a high volume of followers, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically in the Web3 space.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and industry best practices.
Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding (and passion for) web3, blockchain technology, NFTs, and degen/meme cultures.
Adept content creation skills, including copy writing, graphic design, animation and video editing.
Proficient user of social analytics and listening tools with the skills to match

Proven experience in utilizing influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and drive community growth.
Location
All Thesis roles are remote-first, with a preference for Europe & Americas time zones.
