Thrill Labs is the driving force behind Thrill.com, a crypto gaming platform built for a global audience.

Since launching in August 2025, we've grown into a top-10 brand, trusted by more than 100K users and now processing $60m+ in monthly deposits. We built this by prioritizing user experience, spending almost nothing on marketing. Now we're ramping up marketing, with the goal of top 5 globally in the next 12 months.

Thrill was founded by an operator who previously built and exited a business in this space at an $850M valuation.

About the role

Marketing will be a key driver of how Thrill builds its brand and reaches new audiences.

You'll own brand and media strategy and initiatives, from identifying best opportunities to establishing partnerships and executing activations.

You'll build relationships with publishers, entertainment properties and media platforms, create partnerships that put Thrill in front of the right audiences, and make sure we're getting real value from every campaign.

Mission ahead

• Source and negotiate media placement opportunities
• Build relationships with publishers, media platforms and entertainment properties
• Identify sponsorship and brand integration opportunities
• Develop special marketing activations and collaborations
• Negotiate commercial terms and media packages
• Build and manage media plans and budgets
• Evaluate placements based on audience quality, reach and commercial impact
• Track CPM, reach, traffic, Brand Awareness, acquisition and ROMI where measurable
• Monitor competitor media activity and emerging opportunities
• Coordinate campaigns with Brand, PR, SMM, Creators and Analytics
• Produce post-campaign performance analysis

What we are looking for?

• 2+ years in media, brand partnerships, sponsorships or marketing
• Understanding of digital media buying and media planning
• Strong knowledge of CPM, reach, frequency, CTR and attribution
• Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to evaluate both brand impact and performance

Bonus Points For

• Strong media/publisher network is a major advantage
• iGaming, crypto, gaming, entertainment experience preferred.
