
Branded Content Manager

Your Part in Our Mission:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Partnership Marketing Solutions and the sales team with best-in-class ideas and flawless execution of custom marketing solutions across all Tinybeans platforms and offerings (media, content, influencers, etc.)
Tinybeans’ partner goal is to “be the bestest partner for brands that target families by being their favorite playmate because we seek to understand their needs and we offer them their most creative and effective solutions”. You will help us be that best in class partner to our clients, and in turn drive revenue.
You are a creative thinker with excellent writing, editing and organizational skills. Your eye for design is strong and you can’t wait to take an active role in the brainstorming and ideation of integrated marketing solutions. You will help facilitate program execution, including written content creation, video production and influencer activations. This position is hybrid or remote with ability to be in New York City for in-person meetings as required.
What’ You’ll Be Doing…
Be a go-to resource for bringing ideas to life post-sale (custom content, video, influencers, etc.)
Write engaging content inclusive of branded articles, video scripts, social media posts, dedicated emails, and ad copy
Manage creation/execution of campaign elements including custom content, video production, influencer recruitment, sampling, experiential, etc.
Work with colleagues in editorial, social media, design and campaign management to make programs as turnkey as possible for partners
Participate in ideation and brainstorms for custom marketing solutions (rfps, proposals, etc.)
Uphold our standard of excellence and brand guidelines across all creative elements
Support sellers on client/agency kick-off calls as needed
Remain up to date on the parenting vertical and digital content trends to inform program development and best in class creative executions

Requirements

Highly organized project manager

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branded content, journalism, digital media, advertising
Your pen (or keyboard) is your sword no matter if you are writing an article, an email or some catchy copy for social media
High level of comfort with advertising clients during kick off calls + content creation process, acting as the “expert in the room” for branded content execution
Well versed in integrating client objectives + KPI’s into content creation process to deliver on program goals and create successful outcomes
You love ideating and identifying new, creative ways to execute client campaigns
Social media expertise with influencer recruitment, management and content creation
You know your way around building and editing content within a CMS
Experience creating custom web pages leveraging Ceros (or similar program)
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
