We’re looking for a result-oriented Community and Content Manager to be responsible for the management and effective execution of branded content across all communication touchpoints. You will transform the Trafilea brands into a mission-driven community led by best-in-class content and education.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Create a creative communication strategy in our social channels to drive incremental reach and views and build the desire in consumers to know about the brand and make a purchase with a performance-driven mindset.

  • Collaborate with the Content Production and Social Media teams to define the community strategy, the community calendar, and community activities

  • Create content and coordinate the content creation process across all touchpoints

  • Provide actionable insight into the communities

  • Be the voice of Shapermint Studios and brand champion of our communities

  • Work with video editors, designers and copywriters to produce fast and quality content with internal footage or creators content.

  • Ensure our communications and deliverables from teams are on brand and driving the Brand messaging guideline to position the brand by deeply understanding our buyer person continuously.

  • Plan and define channel strategies of communication-based on platform metrics, understanding how to “hack” them and what is driving the biggest engagement/revenue to hit our goals

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in community management

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in publishing, social media, and multi channel management

  • Strong communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex issues, findings, and recommendations and package key messages for senior executives

  • Proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence, multiple stakeholders, at all levels across the organization

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.

  • Continuous learning and Growth mindset.

  • Result and business-oriented person.

  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills to engage and influence team members

  • Good analytical skills.
