We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Sr. Analyst with strong experience working with Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases) to join our team!

The Supply Chain Finance Sr. Analyst is a key member of the Operations team and will be the leading role in front of the factories. He/She will lead the relationship with international vendors, proactively searching for improvement opportunities in our payment processes and managing an accurate cash flow to factories.

Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities

• The main responsibility of the position is to be the point of contact with our international vendors regarding the order processing and payment processes, defining action plans, and coordinating them together with other internal parties involved when needed.

• You will be accountable for designing, building, and executing new models in order to optimize vendors’ payment processes for our sales on the different existing channels, seeking simple and accurate solutions.

• Additionally, the Supply Chain Finance Analyst is expected to understand in depth our operation, from sourcing, through order processing until payments are done, in order to develop new reports and KPIs that help us drive improvements to our Supply Chain.

• One of the main responsibilities of this position is to understand factories' cash flow projections, and unsold projections, and support payment reconciliations with the warehouses and factories, being able to measure them consistently in order to determine and implement improvements that will help us improve our profitability as well as reporting to the rest of the company.

• As a Supply Chain Finance Sr. Analyst, you will be expected to develop new processes and procedures to help standardize our operation, as well as manage different projects together with internal and external teams.

• Lastly, you will be the main owner of the Operations Team to prepare Inventory reconciliations versus payment balances, and investigate & correct differences.

Experience/ Qualifications

• English B1 and above.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in sourcing, orders, and payment processing.

• Strong experience working with Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases).

• Power BI, Lucidchart, Advanced MS Excel (macros), Tableau, and SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Experience working for a Retail and/or E-commerce company is a plus.

• Experience working in the Finance area is a plus.
