As the Manager, of Cruise Strategy, you will support all aspects of Uplift’s Cruise Business through close relationship management across both the web and contact center teams at our existing and future cruise industry Partners. You will work day-to-day to support the existing business by collaborating on ways to drive adoption/penetration/growth of existing integrations and helping to identify enhancements and new partner opportunities.
What you will do and achieve
Serve as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to a portfolio of Cruise Partners to build and maintain strong partner relationships
Collaborate with internal Uplift teams (Partner Success, Product, Analytics) to ensure timely delivery of Uplift’s product offerings according to the Partner’s needs and objectives
Establish growth and relationship management functions with Partner’s web team, contact center team, and marketing teams
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on performance metrics inclusive of weekly performance reporting, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc reporting as needed
Develop and maintain contact center relationships that are inclusive of weekly status check-ins and agent training/support as needed
Develop co-marketing plans for cruise and cruise agency Partners in support of annual/growth revenue goals
On-the-ground, when necessary, integration support with new cruise partners and expansion with existing partners
Who you are
2-3 years of experience in the cruise industry
2-3 years of marketing and relationship/account management experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders
Entrepreneurial, persistent, with a desire to go deep into details
Comfortable working in a start-up culture with the ability to earn trust to move quickly
Comfortable working with external Partners
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing specifications
