We're looking for a rock-star Marketing Coordinator (Executive Assistant) to join our fast paced and growing Amazon Agency team.

Can you work closely with our CEO & Sales Team to filter ideas & goals into effective marketing strategies?
Then let me tell you more! We are a 100% Remote top Amazon Seller & Vendor Central Account Management Agency that is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Executive Assistant) to join our team!
Some expectations of this position are (but not limited to):
Meet daily (sometimes multiple times per day) with the CEO and Sales team to listen to goals & ideas to build effective marketing strategies that deliver clear ROI in delivering Agency growth.
Meet with Account Managers and other team members to retrieve content (newest and latest Amazon news & changes) to post to our social media, LinkedIn, and other pertinent marketing channels.
Research, research, research. We need you to constantly be looking for the newest and latest Amazon info, new ways to reach our customer base, and more.
Build our following – we have not worked on this area of our social and we need your help.
Bring great ideas to the table – help us find innovative & effective ways to grow our presence and recognition in the Amazon Agency & Knowledge Base universe.
You must be a go-getter with a high level of knowledge of marketing channels, marketing funnels, and new lead outreach (great if you’ve worked with Amazon Sellers or Agencies) to apply.
To qualify for this position, you must also have a high level of understanding of:
Ecommerce, ideally with a basic understanding of Amazon Seller & Vendor Central
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Sales & Marketing Funnels to Capture New Leads (Amazon Sellers & Vendors)
Deep Brand & Marketing Research
Listening to needs & turning ideas into effective marketing strategies
Email Marketing
Some other software that is helpful to understand is:
Project management software (Asana, Clickup, Teamwork, Basecamp, etc.)
Also a big part of this role is to support the CEO with other tasks that might not be directly related to Marketing but somehow are connected, reason why we called the role as “Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant”.
