Sales Operations Coordinator

Your role:

The Sales Operations Coordinator should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to Very Good Ventures' sales operations. Primarily, this role will ensure that sales processes and the Business Development team are operating optimally.

Responsibilities:

  • Research companies as well as key contacts, and compile them in our sales tools

  • Help keep details up-to-date within Google Drive, our sales CRM (Pipedrive), our project management software (Monday), and other systems/platforms as needed

  • Compile and provide team reports in Pipedrive and other Sales tools

  • Coordinate with VGV's legal counsel on edits to contract templates and deal specific contracts when necessary

  • Research, set up, and help maintain digital tools that support the sales team

  • Work with the marketing team on sales collateral and pitch materials

  • Manage the procurement processes with 3rd parties and clients, which includes securing documents and approvals (technology policies, etc).

Requirements

  • Familiarity with any sales CRM, but Pipedrive knowledge is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills. Ideally you love organizing and categorizing things

  • Excellent follow up and follow through

  • Experience working with contracts or agreements of any kind, especially in technology, is preferred

  • Experience creating sales materials and presentations is preferred

  • Located in EST or CST time zones
