We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketer to help scale these products through paid acquisition, creative testing and rapid experimentation.

The Role

This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on revenue.

You’ll be responsible for creating, launching and optimising paid advertising campaigns for subscription apps.

The role is highly execution focused. We’re looking for someone who can generate ad ideas, produce and test creatives quickly, and scale campaigns that perform.

You’ll work closely with founders and creators, but the core of the role is simple:

Create ads. Test them. Scale the winners.

You’ll also be responsible for ensuring founders and partners have clear visibility into performance, providing reporting and insights that help guide growth decisions.

This is a remote contract role, so we care far more about outcomes than hours.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Creating and launching paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google

  • Developing and testing new ad creatives on a weekly basis

  • Turning creator content and UGC into performance ads

  • Using AI tools to generate and iterate ad creative quickly

  • Monitoring campaign performance and scaling winning ads

  • Managing CAC vs LTV economics, payback windows and retention

  • Tracking attribution and campaign performance using MMP and analytics tools

  • Creating clear performance reports and insights for founders and partners

  • Identifying growth bottlenecks and improving funnels

Testing velocity and iteration speed are critical in this role.

What We’re Looking For

You should have experience:

  • Growing revenue through paid acquisition

  • Managing performance campaigns with clear ROI targets

  • Running structured creative testing across paid channels

  • Understanding CAC, LTV, payback windows and retention

  • Creating or directing ad creative that converts

  • Using modern tools (including AI) to increase testing velocity

  • Working with mobile attribution and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)

  • Turning performance data into clear reporting and growth insights

Experience growing subscription apps, mobile apps, or DTC products is a strong advantage.
