Senior Account Manager, Client Services (DACH)

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships/Sales, Strategy, Performance and Measurement teams on new business opportunities

  • Work alongside Performance & Measurement team to develop and implement paid amplification and conversion strategies and detailed measurement plans

  • Project manage, organise and direct the day-to-day operations of brand collaborations and always on programs across all key social and content platforms

  • Present work to existing and prospective clients in an engaging and impactful way

  • Deliver flawless campaigns and exemplary client service

  • Develop client relationships, proactively identify customer needs to scope new and repeat opportunities and deepen partnerships

  • Manage and develop 1 Client Services Manager and 1-2 Client Services Executives

  • Be the ultimate authority and expert across your brand category

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Have 6+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management

  • Have strong detail-oriented communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of growing business with large customer accounts

  • Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations

  • Appreciate and understand the value of creativity

  • Great management skills, a natural leader and motivator of people

  • Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working

  • Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Must be professionally fluent in German and English (speaking and writing capabilities)
