Job Description:
At WideOrbit, being a part of our Talent Acquisition Team is more than just filling jobs. We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner that will engage Hiring Teams to identify, develop and employ strategies that build great teams and organizations. You’ll champion both the business partners and talent to ensure a successful candidate experience, manage all parts of the recruiting process and hire across all levels and departments.

Here is what success will look like:
Provide full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment strategy, key requirements, edit job descriptions, identify job roles' value proposition, and ensure the WideOrbit employment brand is consistently communicated
Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means
Build relationships with hiring teams to ensure their confidence and trust in the recruitment process
Assess candidates for relevant skills and experience, and present talented, qualified candidates to the hiring team
Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers; and respond quickly to any requests to ensure a stellar recruiting experience
Leverage ATS system (Greenhouse) to gather interview feedback, reporting and encourage data driven hiring decisions
Review, assess and adjust recruiting strategies based on recruiting metrics and goals
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in corporate talent acquisition managing full cycle recruiting; from sourcing to offer
Demonstrated ability to recruit mid-to- senior level professional roles. Experience recruiting for technical positions is a plus.
Can be a champion of WideOrbit, its people and products and maintain a positive, professional image to WideOrbiters and candidates.
Experience sourcing qualified G&A, Sales, and Operations talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means
Consultative and collaborative communication skills – both written and verbal
Experience with leading ATS (we use Greenhouse) to gather interview feedback, reporting and encourage data driven hiring decisions
Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers; and respond quickly to any requests to ensure a quality recruitment experience
Proven organizational skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Readily shares knowledge, partners with colleagues and and contributes to the positive team approach

Location:
This is a Telecommute/Remote position. Pacific, Mountain, and Central Time Zones are preferred.
