What works isn't complicated, but it takes consistency, and most people fail because they stop showing up.

Your job is to keep members showing up. Think of it as being a buddy who checks in: you'll onboard new members over video, see how they're getting on, answer questions, and follow up when someone goes quiet. If a member doesn't have time to do the work, you'll introduce him to concierge.

You'll also sit in on sales calls to take notes, and keep good records so the other shift can pick up where you left off.

You'd be good at this if

• Your English is clear and natural, written and spoken

• You're comfortable talking about dating and online culture

• You follow up without being reminded

• You've worked in customer success, onboarding, community management or something similar

• You know when to handle something yourself and when to pass it on

Setup

You'll be on video calls, so you need a quiet, private space, reliable internet, a decent webcam and mic, and good lighting.

Schedules

One hire per schedule. All times US Eastern, including weekends.

Schedule A: Mon–Tue 9am–5pm · Wed, Sat, Sun 8am–4pm · Thu–Fri off

Schedule B: Wed, Sat, Sun 3pm–11pm · Thu–Fri 2pm–10pm · Mon–Tue off
