We constantly extend our product offering for professional traders and their clients with extended analytics and reporting.

That's why we are looking for a Product Manager who can lead the product development process, define and prioritize features, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize initiatives and tasks, considering necessary trade-offs.

• Skills in iterative product development and rapid hypothesis testing.

• Understand market needs and validate product ideas through metrics and user interviews.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Measure product market fit.

• Achieve target metrics.

• Ability to make decisions based on analytical data.

• Communicate effectively with technical teams and set clear tasks.

• Collaborate with the business development team, transforming their requirements into clear product vision.

• Visualize and convey the product vision to designers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience.

• Must have experience in crypto trading.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize information effectively.

• Experience in hypothesis testing.

• Ability to view the product from business, market, and user perspectives.

• Understanding of product metrics and ability to interpret them accurately.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• English - B2.
