We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is a full-time position. What You’ll Do

• Bookkeeping for SaaS companies or similar online service-based businesses

• Financial statement, custom report, and support schedule preparation

• Revenue Recognition Management

• Management of accounts payables and receivables

• Management of accruals (prepaid assets, liabilities, etc)

• Profit sharing and equity calculations

• Budgeting and Forecasting

• A comfortable and functional knowledge of US GAAP accounting

• Lead meetings with clients in which you will provide in-depth answers, explanations, and advice.

• Handling a wide range of ad-hoc client requests

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience, handling accounting responsibilities/functions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good analytical skills.

• Experience in managing and coordinating client concerns and solutions

• Has the ability to prioritize projects, set goals, and schedules 

• A positive, helpful, and can-do attitude

• Highly responsive communication with clients and the internal team

• Comfortable working on US hours

• Experience with online platforms such as QBO, Google Suite, Slack, MS365, etc.

• Familiarity and comfort with technology

What’s Nice to Have

• Has experience working with software companies, fintech, lead generation, and/or online service-based businesses

• CPA, ACCA, or similar license

• Experience in bootstrapping and start-up companies

• Physical presence close to US hours

• Experience in managing Accountants / small teams

• Background and experience in audit
