
Video Annotation Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for Video Annotation Specialists to segment, label, and describe video content used to train AI models. You'll work at the shot or scene level to help AI understand visual media.

Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Segment videos into individual shots or scenes
Annotate camera angle, shot size, movement, and on-screen action
Apply labels and tags using predefined categories
Flag unclear shots or ambiguous transitions
Maintain speed and accuracy across high-volume annotation tasks
Who You Are
Strong visual attention and ability to notice subtle differences
Comfortable working in web-based labeling tools or spreadsheets
Ability to stay consistent across repetitive tasks
Interest in video, film, or visual media
No professional video experience required
