Impact Insights Data Analyst

AnitaB.org is hiring an Impact Insights Data Analyst to our team on a full-time basis. As Impact Insights Data Analyst, you will manage the Impact-wide monitoring strategy and apply advanced statistical methodologies to provide impactful, data-driven insights, optimizing organizational efforts. 

Here's what you'll do  

  • Manage data pre-processing activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of monitoring and evaluation datasets.

  • Manage an organization-wide monitoring strategy.

  • Utilize advanced data scraping techniques to systematically collect and analyze publicly available data.

  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) expertise to conduct sentiment analysis on textual data.

  • Utilize statistical methodologies, including Bayesian analysis, regression models, and machine learning algorithms, to analyze data.

  • Provide data-driven insights that drive decision-making and optimize our organizational efforts.

  • Develop and manage Tableau monitoring dashboards specifically tailored for Impact programs, events, and activities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Team to develop and maintain a secure database.

  • Manage survey programming, logic, testing and distribution on Qualtrics.

  • Play a key role in planning and executing the evaluation design and reporting for annual Impact Reports.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Here's what we hope you'll bring 

  • Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, respect, and commitment to advancing global, regional, and local DEI, in keeping with an organization with a mission to promote women and non-binary diversity, equity and inclusion in society and the workplace.

  • 5 years of proven data analysis experience, specializing in evaluation and research efforts with large datasets.

  • Expert knowledge of data visualization methods and best practices, specifically within Tableau.

  • Proficient in advanced statistics, including logistic and linear regressions, machine learning, PCA, and decision tree analysis.

  • Strong familiarity with statistical software (Python, R, StatsIQ) and Google Analytics.

  • Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

  • Proficient in programming, managing, and analyzing data collection efforts on Qualtrics.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to stay current with industry trends, articulate insights clearly, and contribute to ongoing innovation.

  • Ability to travel as position requires.

AnitaB.org is proud to offer a remote, distributed workplace. Please know we cannot accommodate remote work outside of the United States. The salary range for this position is $102,200 - $109,440, plus competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 403(b) discretionary match.
