
Event Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Event Marketing Assistant to support our Field Event Marketer in planning and executing internal company events, including all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team gatherings. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly from planning through execution, handling logistics, coordination, and follow-through so teams can focus on connection and outcomes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operations, thrives on details, and wants hands-on experience supporting a fast-growing, remote-first organization.
Responsibilities
Assist with logistics planning for internal company events
Research and coordinate venue bookings for meetings and offsites
Coordinate catering and meal planning (ordering food, arranging dinners)
Support day-of event logistics and setup
Maintain event calendars and timelines
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Track event budgets and expenses
Handle administrative tasks related to event planning
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior event planning or administrative experience a plus but not required
