Now, we’re looking for a SEO Team Lead to help us continue delivering exceptional results for our growing portfolio of clients.

Headquartered in Chicago, we’ve built a diverse team spanning Romania, the Philippines, Ukraine, the U.S., and beyond. We work with clients across a range of industries, but our core focus is the legal industry (and specifically personal injury lawyers).

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the SEO strategy for a portfolio of clients - from technical audits to content and link-building plans.

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients, joining regular calls and maintaining a strong, proactive relationship.

• Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time, up to quality standards, and aligned with the strategy.

• Quality-check and review work produced by the SEO, content, local and link-building teams for your clients.

• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement technical SEO changes or enhancements.

• Keep a pulse on search engine updates and trends, and communicate potential impacts or adjustments internally and with clients.

• Dive into data - tracking performance, analyzing traffic, reporting on KPIs, and adjusting strategy as needed.

• Stay involved in L10s and use Asana to keep work organized and transparent across the team.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

✅ 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role

✅ Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and off-site/link-building practices

✅ Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts

✅ Strong communication skills - you’ll be managing client relationships directly

✅ Available to work Monday–Friday, Eastern Time (ET) hours

✅ Proven ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and ensure quality delivery

✅ Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, dev, and design teams

✅ Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and the like

Nice-to-haves:

✨ Experience with Local SEO

✨ Background in UX and conversion optimization

✨ Experience working with law firms or legal industry clients

✨ Past experience working in distributed, international teams

✨ Experience working in a digital marketing agency
