Supply Chain Services Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

Differentiated/Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

  • Build detailed knowledge of Arrow’s supply chain solutions portfolio and relevant case studies

  • Use consultative questioning techniques to isolate customer pain points and create bespoke solutions

  • Apply quantitative and qualitative approaches to support benefits statements

  • Demonstrate success by increasing Arrow’s share of customer wallet

  • Provide subject matter expertise in EL1PSE & AGSCS propositions for large OEMs with complex EMS networks

  • Collaborate with sales teams using whitespace analysis to spotlight high-potential customers

  • Develop strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision-makers to achieve 50%+ share of component spend

  • Ensure solution designs meet Arrow’s financial objectives (EBIT and RoWC)

  • Hand off maintenance of implemented solutions to Sales and Business Process Excellence

Supply Chain-as-a-Service

  • Charge consulting fees strategically when billing relationships are unclear

  • Own the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee-for-service portfolio, including:

    • In-house semiconductor programming services

    • Long-term inventory solutions (nitrogen storage, component leasing)

    • Third-party value-added services

    • Strategic buffer stocks & inventory programs

Enterprise Solutions

  • Serve as subject matter expert in Arrow’s enterprise solutions suite

  • Manage funnel of opportunities across traditional and non-traditional customers

  • Act as the single pivot point for services with customers, linking to specialist resources

Dimensions

  • Field-based and customer-facing

  • Regular consultative selling at Director, VP, and C-Suite levels

  • Territory: $2bn+ of existing sales across all customer types

  • Regular regional travel; international travel exceptional

  • Sales leaders and branch teams

  • Executive team (as required)

  • Salesforce (daily)

  • Customer decision-makers (daily)

What We Are Looking For

  • Typically requires:

    • 12+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree, OR

    • 8+ years with an advanced degree, OR

    • Equivalent related experience

  • Recognized as an expert in own area within organization

  • Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise

  • Ability to interpret business issues and recommend solutions/best practices

  • Solves complex problems with broad perspective

  • Works independently, with guidance only in complex situations

  • Leads functional teams or projects and serves as best practice/quality resource

Work Arrangement

  • Fully remote on the West Coast (not limited to WA)

  • Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by leadership

Annual Hiring Range

  • $181,800.00 - $250,965.00 USD

  • Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level

  • Pay ratio between base pay and target incentive finalized at offer
