Remote Operations Coordinator

Pegasus Leak Detection is a growing California-based technical diagnostics company specializing in leak detection, water conservation, operational problem solving, and advanced field diagnostics.

We are looking for a highly capable bilingual operations coordinator to help support and improve the operational infrastructure of the business over time.

This is NOT intended to be a simple task-based virtual assistant role.

The long-term purpose of this position is to help streamline operations, improve systems, implement automations, improve organization, reduce operational bottlenecks, and support the continued growth of the company.

The initial phase of the role will focus heavily on operational support and administrative coordination in order to learn the business from the ground level. Over time, the right candidate will gradually take on greater ownership over systems, workflows, reporting, organization, and operational improvements.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Customer communication

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Scheduling and dispatch coordination

  • CRM management and organization

  • Estimate and invoice follow-up

  • Administrative organization

  • Reporting support

  • Coordination with field technicians

  • QuickBooks organization and receipt entry

  • Operational support and workflow coordination

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish REQUIRED

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Strong customer communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Comfortable learning software independently

  • Resourceful and proactive

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
