People Ops Senior Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Globally responsible for People operations processes, including Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HRIS data management. 

  • Ensure that all payments are calculated and processed accurately (including monthly updates), on time, and according to the legal compliance requirements and create reports based on them.

  • Be the focal point between Finance and HR teams, and provide monthly global payroll reports for accounting. 

  • End-to-end admin process of new hire onboarding, offboarding, and organizational updates.

  • Benefits management includes pension, health insurance, meal vouchers, reimbursements, and supplier payments.

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and any document required from HR.

  • Organize and maintain personal records and databases

  • Answer questions and resolve issues regarding payroll.

 

CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory,  Spanish will be a plus

  • Familiarity with People Operations routines

  • Attention to detail, organization skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Experience using spreadsheets and data reporting process 

  • Advance knowledge of labor legislation
