Lead Visual Designer

What is Attio?

CRMs are at the center of the software stack for millions of businesses. They're ubiquitous and totally essential, yet current products are completely archaic, unloved and in massive need of overhaul.

This is software that millions of people use for hours and hours a day – and a $50 billion category – yet you probably can't think of a single awesome piece of software in this space.

Attio is changing that. We’re building a radically new type of CRM – one that is incredibly flexible and powerful as the most advanced CRM data models but also as intuitive, delightful and collaborative as today’s best no-code software.

Attio is the CRM of the future: a living, breathing platform that connects with a customer’s GTM stack and evolves with them as they grow â€“ from zero to IPO and beyond.

Why is this role important?

As a Lead Visual Designer at Attio you will lead the team who own and develop Attio’s visual identity.

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

  • Experienced in owning the design teams output

  • Evidence of work produced on the cutting edge of visual and brand design

  • Experience with UI-heavy products

Whose team will you join?

There is a design-first approach to almost all outputs at Attio and this role sits at the intersection of multiple teams, including Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams.

What is it like to work at Attio?

Attio employees are currently based in our UK office as well as remotely in the US and Europe. We are all trusted to produce high quality work in the remote-first environment that works best for us. Kindness is evident in how we work and there is a high level of respect across the team thanks to working hard. This allows us all to challenge ideas, be independent, and attract world class talent to join us.

What are the role requirements?

  • Own and develop Attio's visual identity throughout our marketing initiatives and public-facing surfaces.

  • Work closely with the product design team to carry Attio's product identity outside of the product.

  • Work closely with the team’s marketers and engineers, supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

We believe the right person will have the following attributes:

  • Productive: A master of your tools and utilizing resource effectively through self-direction

  • Creative: You value the discovery process and how it leads to great deliverables

  • Thoughtful: You understand the capabilities (and limitations) of the modern web as well as both digital and physical advertising surfaces

  • Collaborative: You can work closely with marketers and engineers, supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle

  • Organized: You understand the creative process can be disorganized, but also when it’s necessary to deliver organized and structured work
