Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and Aurora Cloud customers, prioritizing them based on impact and feasibility. Translate these into clear, actionable product requirements for the tech team.

Customer success: Support the growth team in scoping future clients’ project by understanding the client’s requirements and matching them to our offering. This person will also be responsible for QBR’s, client touch points, potential upsales and implementation tracking as well as working with clients on identifying upcoming campaigns, releases and announcements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution and delivery of features from concept to launch.

Stakeholder Management: Keep stakeholders informed of product development progress, gathering feedback to refine and improve products.

Data Analytics & Metrics: Use data to make informed product decisions, setting and tracking KPIs to assess product success and drive continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement: Engage with users and clients and collect feedback to ensure our products deliver value, maintain a competitive edge, and improve user satisfaction.

Product Launches: Lead go-to-market efforts for new product releases, including planning, coordinating, and executing product launches in collaboration with other teams in the business

Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in blockchain or other emerging technologies.

Communication: Strong ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional, accurate and timely manner. This is particularly important when dealing with clients we are contracted with.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including decentralization, and blockchain architecture. Familiarity with smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and evaluate product success. 

Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders both cross functionally and externally to deliver time sensitive project outcomes.

User-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding user needs, with experience in conducting user research or working closely with UX teams.

Problem Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems and driving projects to completion.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in an evolving, high-growth environment, adjusting strategies and priorities to meet business needs.

Additional Skills

- Familiarity with project management tools like Clickup and product analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, PowerBI)

- Experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.

- Understanding of blockchain ecosystems and trends
