Sr. Business Operations Manager

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing business workflows and owning key systems in our go-to-market (GTM) tech stack to drive operational efficiency and support our revenue goals. You will work closely with sales, marketing, data, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes, integrate systems, and act as a thought leader in our transformation into an AI-first revenue org — all while shepherding the organization through the associated change and project management. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or revenue operations, operations technology, strong Salesforce administration skills, and a track record of utilizing and evangelizing new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer our GTM tech stack comprising Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, LinkedIn, and other industry-standard products.

  • Influence the strategy of our business technology by suggesting and shaping strategic projects

  • Drive the utilization and strategic approach to how our Revenue org leverages both internally-developed and third-party AI tools

  • Mentor more junior team members — helping to upskill them on our team’s technology and guiding them toward best practices

  • Support business stakeholders in the creation of CRM reporting and dashboards and implement improvements to our CRM data schema where reporting isn’t currently possible

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Implement training programs, documentation, and ongoing support to the GTM team on workflows and tooling

  • Champion best-in-class data hygiene through strategies like validation rules, manual & automated reviews, and user training

  • Develop declarative automations (such as Salesforce Flows and n8n) to reduce manual burden on our teams

  • Create playbooks for seamless, repeatable business processes across broad areas including but not limited to billing & dunning, account provisioning, customer handoffs, and product feedback.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales/revenue/business operations, Salesforce administration, or project management

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, administration, and reporting

  • Advanced proficiency with leveraging AI and agents in a revenue context — analysis, personalization, research, enrichment, and systems development

  • Ability to translate ambiguous, complex business problems into clear requirements and technical solutions

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience mentoring teammates and acting as a player-coach both within the team and cross-functionally

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B software environment

  • Experience leading complex change management programs across cross-functional teams

  • Experience managing Salesforce Experience Cloud for PRM

  • Comfort with integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, Apex, and Python

Behavioral skills:

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Proactive problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset

Performance Indicators:

  • Successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce workflows and tools

  • Improved data quality and reporting accuracy

  • Streamlined sales processes and reduced manual work
