Head of Operations / Project Lead for Fast Growing DTC Brand

We are a fast scaling DTC bra brand on the path to consistent €1M+ months. Built on Shopify, primarily Meta driven, with a strong remote team across creative, media buying, email, CS, and video. I'm the founder, based in Bali, working with team members across Europe, Asia, and the US.

I'm looking for a Head of Operations to sit next to me and drive every major initiative across the business. This is not a process management role, it's a project execution role. The team continues to report to me directly, you own the projects and make sure they ship.

What you'll own:

  • All major projects and initiatives across the company, end to end

  • New product and collection launches, from sourcing through go live

  • TikTok Shop launch (immediate priority) and other new channels

  • Conversion Rate Optimization on Shopify, including site testing, funnel improvements, and checkout flow

  • UGC operations alongside me, including creator outreach, briefs, and content pipeline

  • Manufacturer and supplier relationships (we have established China partners)

  • Cross functional coordination across email, media buying, CS, and video for project deliverables

  • Performance accountability on every initiative

What you won't own:

  • Day to day team management (team reports to me)

  • Paid media buying (handled by Meta and Google specialists)

  • Creative direction

  • Daily CS and order ops

  • Email marketing execution

You're a fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years operating inside a real DTC brand, not just agency or consultant work

  • Have launched a TikTok Shop, or a new sales channel, end to end

  • Have worked with overseas manufacturers, ideally in China

  • Have run CRO programs on Shopify with documented wins

  • Can build without a playbook and drive projects across people without owning them

  • Communicate fast, clearly, and in writing

  • Have strong overlap with European working hours

You're not a fit if you:

  • Need a defined process to follow

  • Have never owned a P&L impacting initiative

  • Want a 9 to 5 with a clean scope

The setup:

  • Fully remote

  • 40 hours per week standard, occasional 50 during active launches

  • Direct line to me (founder/CEO)

  • Base plus performance bonuses tied to channel and revenue milestones

  • Clear path to COO if the trajectory holds
