
Regional Account Executive- Mid Atlantic
About the position
Bionic is looking for a Regional Account Executive that will combine DevSecOps industry knowledge with sales skills and be a primary resource for the field sales force. You will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishments in relevant vendor software sales in a dynamic organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

What you will do?
Own the full sales cycle (building relationships, negotiating, and contracting) to meet and exceed established sales quota;
Establish and maintain customer relationships and sales opportunities at the executive decision-maker level, including CISO, CTO, CIO, etc. on the DevSecOps and clouds initiatives;
Build Bionic awareness, create demand by uncovering business problems, and possess a comprehensive understanding of Bionic’s solution matching it directly to customer ROI;
Partner closely with Sales Account Teams, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcomes;
Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends;
Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies with new and existing customers;
Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue goals
What skills/experience we would like
3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a B2B SaaS company, navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach;
Experience in early-stage software startups, growing rapidly and with a fast-changing market;
Background in selling AppSec, DevOps, and DevSecOps markets;
Experience selling SaaS solutions to the US market, and specifically in the North Central region;
Superb written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English;
Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals;
Experience in generating your own leads and in executing outbound sales strategies through collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing teams;
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks within deadlines;
Experience in sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, etc.);
BA or BS degree
