Your Purpose
People Business Partner will partner with Leaders to ensure organizational goals are achieved by maximizing our talent’s potential and performance. People Business Partners will develop strong relationships with Leaders of the organization to help them navigate and enact change and make optimal talent decisions that are aligned with business objectives.
Reports To
People Senior Director.
Who You Are
Proven English fluency.
Progressive People / HR experience, including but not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
Basic understanding and knowledge of labor laws of the countries we support.
Strong written and verbal communication is critical for HRBPs.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with business stakeholders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
Provide Employee Relations support and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organization.
Analyze people and performance trends to solve problems; design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
Support leadership with workforce planning efforts; provide advice on org design considering the budget and hiring plan.
Support with and execute on corresponding parts of DE&I initiatives, talent assessments, comp cycles, employee surveys, recognition and any other People program.
Communicate with the business to drive the procurement of services from People Specialized Areas and understand the status/timeline of SLAs. E.g., Internal movements, terminations, promotions, and salary increases.
