Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the Role

Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to keep every project on track. You own delivery of our clients' marketing programs — PPC, SEO and paid media — and keep them on time and on budget. You coordinate the team, run client communication, and drive tasks to done. We hand you the best AI tools available so you spend time leading, not chasing status.

This is a fully remote seat on a small team that's growing fast, open to candidates based in Latin America or South Africa.

The Role

A delivery seat, AI-augmented. You own delivery across our clients' marketing work: PPC campaigns, SEO programs and the content and reporting around them. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed, and keep internal teams unblocked and moving. Blacksmith is an AI-first agency, so you spend less time chasing status and more time actually leading the work.

• Timelines and budgets: Project plans from kickoff to delivery. You hold the timeline and the budget, track scope, and flag risk early.

• Coordination: PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers lined up to hit milestones. You run client communication, status and expectations.

• Momentum: You drive tasks to completion. Standups, retros, and follow-through until every action item is closed.

Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote digital agency running marketing programs and building websites for clients across the US. This is a delivery seat for someone with 3+ years managing marketing projects, ideally PPC or SEO in an agency, strong English communication, and a calm hand under deadlines. The role is set up to grow into senior PM as the team scales.
