Voice AI Consultant (Part-Time, Contract)

We are seeking a senior Voice AI subject matter expert to serve as a part-time consultant (≈10 hrs/week). This role is primarily focused on reviewing team work, providing high-level technical feedback, and guiding architectural and product decisions rather than hands-on execution.

You will assess AI systems and workflows, identify gaps or risks, and advise on model performance, system design, and scalability—helping ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

Requirements

• Deep experience building core AI/ML systems from scratch (not just integrations)

• Strong background in voice/LLM systems and production deployments

• Ability to evaluate, critique, and guide senior engineering teams

Engagement Details

• 3–6 month contract (performance-based extension)

• Flexible, phased involvement (review-heavy, on-demand support)
