The Role

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research to understand user needs and behaviors. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research using a variety of methodologies.

• Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights.

• Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers.

• Present research findings to stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role.

• Proficiency in research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
