Customer Support Inbound Advisor

Due to the growing scale and complexity of our business, we are seeking a Customer Support Advisor . Base salary (Employment Contract): PLN 5,400 gross/month plus bonus (average monthly bonus paid in 2025 for CS Advisors was PLN 1,800 gross).

Your tasks:

  • You resolve customer issues during incoming contacts, via phone, email, chat, and social media

  • You make outbound contacts with customers to provide information or obtain information needed to resolve a matter

  • You serve customers in a way that ensures that as many issues as possible are resolved at first contact

  • You provide customers with information about the operation and functionality of Booksy Biz and Booksy for Customers

  • You provide customers with information about subscriptions, invoices and payments

  • You propose solutions tailored to customer needs, to the extent possible to be delivered by Booksy

Requirements

Apply if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in inbound customer service/contact center

  • You have experience in the technology industry (preferred)

  • You know Polish at a C2 or native level

  • You know English at B1 level (preferred)

  • You like talking to customers

  • You have a light touch and speak correct Polish.

  • You know and can use communication and persuasion techniques

  • You have the ability to analyze and solve problems

  • You learn quickly and adapt to new situations

  • You focus on achieving your goals

  • You like working in a team
