Recruiter

Boosty Labs is one of the most prominent outsourcing companies in the blockchain domain. Among our clients are such well-known companies as Ledger, Consensys, Storj, Animoca brands, Walletconnect, Coinspaid, Paraswap, and others.

We’re looking for a teammate who could bring their personal touch to the recruitment process, share experience and ideas.

Team: 3 recruiters

Company main stack: Go, Rust, Solidity, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, Flutter

Requirements:

  • Over 4 years of experience in the IT Recruitment field

  • Experience in the international market

  • Experience working with European job sites

  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices

  • Strong sourcing skills using various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

  • Upper-intermediate level of English 

Nice-to-have:

  • Blockchain domain experience

  • Experience in conducting competency-based interviews

  • Experience of working in an IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing company

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

  • Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for С-level & Sales Department

  • Cross-communication between departments for a coordinated hiring of candidates
