Music Producer (Freelancer)

Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are currently looking for a talented Music Producer to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the YouTube channel Gotcha! Our goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward, and unique video content that caters to young viewers worldwide.

What You Will Do:

• Create funny and entertaining songs accompanied by original lyrics (Musical Style References: Little Big - Go Bananas: https://youtu.be/ADlGkXAz1D0; Lyrics: https://genius.com/Little-big-go-bananas-lyrics) ;

• Create vocal melodies, sing and record vocal tracks;

• Produce, mix, and master original songs;

• Be responsible for fully owning song creation, from scoping the idea to fully mastering the final product;

• Develop a demo song based on the provided brief;

• If your pitch is selected, you will be commissioned to produce a complete song (Several review stages will be conducted during the process).

What We Expect:

• 3+ Years of experience in music production;

• Familiarity with production techniques of pop and dance music;

• A portfolio of composed music;

• Ability to write songs and record their own vocals;

• Ability to deliver a stream-ready quality mix & master;

• Proficiency in one of the industry standard DAWs, such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.;

• Ability to meet tight deadlines;

• Fluency in English is crucial as the songs will be in English. Candidates should either sing without an accent or have access to a vocalist.

As part of our job process and model, you'll create demo songs based on the provided guidelines. If your song is selected, you'll be expected to complete it fully. If this working model aligns with your preferences and you meet all requirements, we eagerly await your application!

Compensation Package: Up to 500 Euros per song if selected for full song completion. For demos produced, compensation ranges from 15% to 20% of the full song price.

*Essential Requirement: Submission of a portfolio is mandatory for consideration. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

Selected candidates will be required to complete a test task.
