Role: Motion Designer 

Location: Remote working until further notice 

 

A Little Bit About the Role: 

Brandtech+ is looking to recruit an experienced Motion Graphics Editor to work with one with our B2B clients who are in the financial sector. You will be working very closely with the Brand and internal teams, making sure all creative outputs are in line and on tune with brand, and are leading the way in terms of innovation and quality. 

There will be a variety of 2d animatics, editorials pieces to camera to edit, opening animations and scroll stopping cut-downs to be produced. Our client has just rebranded, so we anticipate there will be lots to do creatively to set the tone and boundaries of the brand going forward, and you may be called upon to offer you opinion on how other agencies have interpreted the guidelines. 

The ability to make recommendations to the client and to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs, time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. 

 

  

What You'll be Doing: 

Working in a team to create assets including social videos / animations / short form videos / video podcasts / digital signage / recruitment campaigns / for brand and wider internal marketing teams. In addition to this, you will be creating showreels for the agency and client, demonstrating our recent projects and their successful outcomes, leading the way with the new brand.

    • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to push creative boundaries. 

 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • High level of English proficiency  

  • 3–5 years of experience in motion design or animation, ideally in B2B environment.  

  • Proficiency in motion design and editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D).  

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content best practices.  

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative ideation and optimisation.  

  • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to adapt tone and style across brands.  

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
