The Mission
This is an opportunity to join a growing team in a company redefining the cloud consulting landscape. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support Caylent’s overall go-to-market initiatives by developing visual content and designing graphics, concentrating on promoting Caylent’s services and offerings. This person will have experience in B2B and should be able to work cross-functionally to complete projects.
As a Graphic Designer on Caylent’s marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content and collateral across our internal tools (e.g. Google Drive, Canva, Notion, etc.) and website, as well as creating and maintaining various design assets. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, technical, and executive teams to ensure creative alignment and deliver high-quality materials.
This is a great opportunity for a creative professional at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll have the chance to grow your design skills while contributing directly to impactful marketing campaigns.
Your Assignment
Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including social media posts, email templates, web banners, presentations, PDFs, and more.
Create visual elements to align with and enhance written content.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that support campaigns and initiatives.
Assist with content updates on the company website using Builder.io and Hubspot
Work with marketing and technical teams to implement visual updates and enhancements.
Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure all visual assets align with Caylent’s identity.
Review and revise marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency across digital and print formats.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into impactful visual assets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to marketing campaigns.
Your Qualifications
A strong portfolio showcasing design work in digital formats
Proven experience in content creation and graphic design
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
Proficiency in graphic design software (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Productivity Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva)
Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with web design principles and CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io) is a plus
