The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent across all departments within Chowbus. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner is also responsible for aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s growth and diversity goals.

What You'll Focus On

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and build candidate profiles.Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend candidates to hiring teams. Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide feedback.

  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking).Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.Provide guidance on best hiring practices, interview techniques, and market insights.Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment with workforce planning and diversity goals.

  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing regular updates and feedback.

  • Data Reporting and Analysis Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Prepare and present recruitment reports to the HR Manager, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g..Greenhouse) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation. 

  • Experience with SaaS industry is a plus

  • Experience with Mandarin-speaking recruitment channels is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English

  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and attain the monthly recruitment goals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Meet and Zoom
