Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Service professional to help build and scale CJC Race’s global customer support and player experience. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support across in-game channels, Discord, social platforms, and event-related touchpoints, ensuring players have a smooth, engaging, and positive experience.

You will work closely with game operations, community, and leadership teams, and play a key role in shaping customer service processes as the platform grows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional, and friendly customer support across in-game channels, Discord, social media, and event-related platforms

  • Respond to player inquiries related to gameplay, accounts, rewards, events, competitions, and technical issues

  • Monitor Discord and community channels to identify issues, bugs, scams, or abnormal behavior and escalate when needed

  • Work closely with Game Operations, Community, Marketing, and Development teams to resolve player issues efficiently

  • Support live events, tournaments, game shows, and campaigns by managing player communications and real-time inquiries

  • Help document common issues, FAQs, and support processes to improve response efficiency and user experience

  • Collect and summarize player feedback, pain points, and suggestions to support product and gameplay improvements

  • Assist in shaping and improving customer service workflows, tools, and standards as the platform scales

  • Maintain a professional, positive brand voice that aligns with CJC Race’s tone and community culture

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, community support, or player support (gaming, GameFi, Web3, or online platforms preferred)

  • Familiarity with gaming communities, Discord moderation, and online player behavior

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset, especially when handling escalations

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and issues in a fast-paced, live environment

  • Basic understanding of gaming mechanics, online competitions, or GameFi ecosystems is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable working with global users across different time zones

  • Willing to follow Dubai regulations and company policies
