Paid Media Specialist - Social

What You’ll Do

Lead Performance Strategy

Build and execute paid social strategies that drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across Corsair’s portfolio of brands. Tailor campaigns for global markets with thoughtful localization and audience segmentation.

Manage Campaigns from Start to Finish

Launch, monitor, and optimize full-funnel campaigns including awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple social channels. Own campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and scale targets.

Drive Creative Testing and Collaboration

Work with our creative team to brief, test, and refine high-performing ad creatives. Use structured testing and insights to inform creative strategy and innovation.

Optimize Targeting

Leverage first- and third-party data, custom audiences, lookalikes, and platform-native tools to segment and reach the right audience at the right time.

Analyze and Report with Precision

Dive deep into performance data to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities. Produce weekly and monthly reporting decks that tell a story and drive action.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

Test emerging ad formats, platform betas, and new acquisition channels. Monitor algorithm changes and evolving platform best practices.

Support Budget and Forecasting

Help manage paid media budgets while ensuring efficient allocation by market and channel.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid social campaigns in a D2C eCommerce environment. • Demonstrated success managing ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and/or Reddit. • Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands, ideally within a global or multi-regional setup. • Strong analytical skills with a command of key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CVR, and LTV. • Comfortable navigating large datasets and A/B test results to make data-backed decisions. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Passion for performance marketing, experimentation, and continuous learning.
