We are a home services company in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex. We have a team of ~25 people working toward a common goal of personal excellence and customer satisfaction. We have grown rapidly, with just 3 team members ~2 years ago.

Responsibilities will fall into 4 main buckets:

  1. Customer Service Representative: Answer calls and schedule customers in company software and/or notify necessary team members of incoming call information

  2. Dispatching: Maintain, edit, and eventually create schedules for technicians based on job locations and unique requirements, and schedule customers by communicating via text or calling, and adding jobs to company software

  3. Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, following up with overdue accounts and reporting outstanding accounts receivable balance weekly

  4. Various Administrative Assistant Tasks
