Inside Sales / Billing Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Billing & Inside Sales Coordinator to support our growing Pest Control and Wildlife Removal company. Our team has grown from just 3 people to 25+ in under two years by focusing on operational excellence, accountability, and customer experience. Who You Are:

  • Fully fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Confident and professional on the phone, especially when discussing pricing, billing, and collections

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling both customer service and sales responsibilities

  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire to improve

  • Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision

  • Able to handle difficult conversations (payments, past due accounts) with professionalism

  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection

Core Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Accounts Receivable (Primary Focus):

  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, text, and email

  • Collect payments and ensure customer accounts are up to date

  • Work with customers to resolve billing issues and secure payment commitments

  • Track and report AR metrics weekly (aging buckets, collections progress, etc.)

  • Help reduce outstanding balances and improve company cash flow

2. Inside Sales / Booking:

  • Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments

  • Clearly communicate service value and pricing to customers

  • Follow up on unsold estimates and missed opportunities

  • Support outbound call campaigns (re-activations, service add-ons, inspections)

  • Work toward booking and revenue targets

3. Dispatch Support:

  • Assist in scheduling and routing technicians efficiently

  • Communicate with customers via phone/text to confirm appointments

  • Help fill open route spots and maximize technician productivity

4. Administrative Support:

  • Update customer records and job details in company software

  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation

  • Support team with various administrative tasks as needed
