
Inside Sales / Billing Customer Service Representative
Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Billing & Inside Sales Coordinator to support our growing Pest Control and Wildlife Removal company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling customer conversations around payments, and can confidently convert inbound opportunities into booked revenue.

We are a rapidly growing Pest Control and Wildlife Removal company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Oklahoma City, Austin, and College Station. Our team has grown from just 3 people to 25+ in under two years by focusing on operational excellence, accountability, and customer experience. Who You Are:
Fully fluent in English (written and spoken)
Confident and professional on the phone, especially when discussing pricing, billing, and collections
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling both customer service and sales responsibilities
Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire to improve
Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision
Able to handle difficult conversations (payments, past due accounts) with professionalism
Have a reliable high-speed internet connection
Core Responsibilities:
1. Billing & Accounts Receivable (Primary Focus):
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, text, and email
Collect payments and ensure customer accounts are up to date
Work with customers to resolve billing issues and secure payment commitments
Track and report AR metrics weekly (aging buckets, collections progress, etc.)
Help reduce outstanding balances and improve company cash flow
2. Inside Sales / Booking:
Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments
Clearly communicate service value and pricing to customers
Follow up on unsold estimates and missed opportunities
Support outbound call campaigns (re-activations, service add-ons, inspections)
Work toward booking and revenue targets
3. Dispatch Support:
Assist in scheduling and routing technicians efficiently
Communicate with customers via phone/text to confirm appointments
Help fill open route spots and maximize technician productivity
4. Administrative Support:
Update customer records and job details in company software
Maintain accurate notes and documentation
Support team with various administrative tasks as needed

High booking rate on inbound calls
Consistent follow-up leading to increased revenue from unsold opportunities
Reduction in overdue accounts receivable
Strong communication and coordination with field and management teams
Ability to operate independently while hitting performance targets
