We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our ever-growing Product team.

This person will be responsible for helping translate the business’ vision into tangible product features, whilst improving processes and working with cross-functional teams. The Ideal candidates will have experience in cybersecurity SaaS, product management tools, and be skilled in customer engagement and relationship-building.

Day in the life

Create briefs for developers and designers that translate the business’ vision into tangible product features
Work to improve and streamline Product Management processes
Contribute directly to the Product Roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product
Liaise directly with Delivery and Engineering managers to execute on roadmap
Harness strong relationships with members of the UX, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align product development with customer and business needs.
Act as a pivotal member of ProdCo (Product Community) to provide feedback to key stakeholders.
Qualify and refine concepts based on customer input and market research.
Liaise with Product Marketers and Product Designers to iterate improvements into the Product based on research, market fit and user testing.

What you bring to the team

Strong experience with product management tools such as Jira
SaaS experience, ideally Cyber Security
A strong level of technical ability to understand the requirements you are setting for engineers
Proven track record in building analytics for product or feature development
Experience in developing integrations for SaaS products
Excellent articulation and communication skills
Experience in feature scoring algorithms such as RICE
The ability to build relationships with ease, both internally and externally.
