Position Summary
An independent, detailed, and proactive accountant who delivers quality, accuracy and timeliness in areas of financial accounting, record keeping, compliances, reports and analysis. This is an independent contributor role based at our Hyderabad office. You are expected to have a knack for book-keeping, journals recording, treasury transactions and bank reconciliations, preparation of reconciliations, as well as for the associated reporting requirements. You are a team player, proactive, a problem solver and love to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibility
includes the following, but is not limited to:
Responsible for accounts analysis and supports senior colleagues in carrying out responsibilities of the accounting department.
Prepare proforma GL entries for various transactions, create journal entries and post the same in ERP systems.
Responsible for preparation and posting of journal entries for the designated CyberArk affiliates.
Recording of Bank transactions, funds transfers and miscellaneous receipts and payments. Reconcile Bank statements on periodical basis.
Performing accounting related tasks during the periodic close of general ledger.
Work closely with the stakeholders to review and ensure accurate recording and analyzing reports of General Ledger.
Performing additional tasks on request of senior colleagues
Provide support for internal and external financial audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Qualified - B.Com/M.Com/ MBA Finance/ CA/ CA Inter/ CMA With 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in GL accounting & reconciliations
High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Works independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) for reporting.
Working knowledge of renowned ERP systems is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team with people from different countries and cultures.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and prioritize tasks.
