The Opportunity

Dash0 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our People team during a period of rapid growth. You'll be the right hand to our leadership team in building the foundational operating system of our company: our people.

This isn't a typical internship β€” you'll lead high-impact projects across the candidate lifecycle, from first outreach to offer and pre-onboarding. Your mission is to make our recruiting process as efficient, AI-driven, and delightful as our product itself.

What You'll Do

  • Support the mapping and continuous improvement of key touchpoints across the candidate lifecycle β€” from first outreach to offer and pre-onboarding.

  • Own and elevate the interview experience β€” coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, prepare candidate communications, and ensure a smooth, human-centric process.

  • Identify friction points in recruiting workflows and contribute ideas to make processes leaner, more scalable, and candidate-friendly.

  • Support the implementation of process improvements that enhance both speed and quality of hiring.

  • A fast learner who can dive into a technical environment and understand what makes a Cloud Engineer or an OpenTelemetry contributor tick.

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or working student experience in recruiting, HR, or People Operations.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).

  • Interest in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools.
