We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Engineering Metrics Educator to lead our virtual content and engagement efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to make a huge impact and the ability to get creative in how we connect with potential customers.

Role Overview

This is a part-time role (40-80/hrs a month), ideal for someone currently leading a team of developers who has a deep understanding of developer metrics and agile processes. Your focus will be on creating content such as YouTube videos and courses to spread knowledge on engineering metrics and help Engineering leaders better understand how to integrate these metrics into their daily workflows to drive real value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch a comprehensive online course on engineering metrics that is modern and actionable for today's development teams.

• Create and publish high-quality, informative video content about engineering metrics and agile methodologies on our YouTube channel.

• Engage with the broader developer community through guest appearances on podcasts and other virtual events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with developer metrics, agile methodologies, and leading engineering teams.

• Proven ability to create content (videos and courses) on technical subjects.

• Comfortable with virtual engagement and committed to building a strong online community.
