E-commerce Project Manager | Amazon & Shopify | Remote, UK Hours

About Diablo

Diablo Sugar Free is a leading European sugar free food brand based in London. We sell 117 products across 11 categories in 126 countries, all no added sugar or sugar free. Our products are stocked by major European retailers.

Most of our business is B2B. This role is focused on our other channel: B2C, through Amazon, other marketplaces and our own Shopify store.

The role

We are looking for a full time E-commerce Project Manager to own our e-commerce projects: catalogue optimisation, flat files, stock and inventory management, and running the calendar that keeps everything on schedule.

What you'll own

Operations and project management

  • Own the e-commerce project calendar: launches, promotions, seasonal pushes and site updates

  • Keep designers and agencies moving to deadline

  • Write and maintain the SOPs that make the above repeatable

  • Run promotions that drive sales growth

  • Handle customer service queries and responses

Catalogue and listings

  • Manage marketplace flat files: bulk uploads, error resolution and listing fixes

  • Manage and optimise the catalogue

  • Optimise listings and SEO across Shopify and the marketplaces

Inventory and demand planning

  • Forecast demand and set reorder points and stock cover across channels

  • Prevent both stockouts and dead stock, with shelf life in mind

  • Flag risk early enough that we can do something about it

Marketplace growth

  • Research and develop strategies for growth across the marketplaces

  • Manage listings, Buy Box, account health and case handling

  • Implement the growth plan channel by channel, rather than simply maintaining it

Content and asset pipeline

  • Brief photographers and designers, and hold the pipeline to schedule

  • Keep A+ content, imagery and copy consistent across every channel

Reporting

  • Produce a weekly numbers pack: sales, stock flags, and what moved and why

Skills and experience

  • Strong experience with Amazon (essential)

  • Stock management and inventory management experience, as well as experience working with warehouses and 3PLs

  • Experience with stock flow and automations in shipping software such as ShipStation

  • Good communication skills

  • Hard working and detail oriented

  • Strong problem solver, able to work through and resolve problems independently

  • Good with deadlines

  • Proficiency in Excel and AI tools

  • Able to work UK hours consistently

  • Based in Ukraine or Eastern Europe preferred, but open to anyone who can work UK hours
